As a fellow motorcyclist, I would not recommend doing it. The aircraft have limited speed and don't like trees. Too easy to make a mistake flying while in/on a moving vehicle. Could it be done, sure, but not advisable. When you get him a drone have him join the Drone Flyers Club here in The Villages to learn how to fly and be safe.
