These comments again? In short, they only release enough information to keep the development going and permits processed. If you're not in the developer's inner circle you don't get to see the entire picture. None of us are in that inner circle. Contrary to what some seem to believe, the area south of SR44 is growing at about the same pace as previous areas of The Village. The difference is that this area has much greater visibility of what is happening due to the roads passing through it and the area has a lot more green spaces and water features that other areas making it physically larger. For comparison CDD-10 and CDD-12 both will have about 6600 homes, but CDD-10 is about 1500 acres and CDD-12 is nearly 2500 acres.
