An opinion is a judgment, viewpoint, or statement that is not conclusive.

Remember, NOT CONCLUSIVE. If an opinion is deemed conclusive, then facts need to be given to substantiate that conclusion.

Bottom line is that if someone does not share your opinion, that does not mean they have an agenda.

Fenney was the subject of much discussion from the very beginning, and as any Village, requires potential residents to decide based on their own judgement. Now, all of those judgements will not fit yours or mine. Going beyond 466 was a matter of discussion over 15 years ago.

Bucco, I agree mostly with what you are saying, but I believe there are those who post on TOTV in general and within this Fenney thread, who voice more than an opinion and do have an agenda.

Their agendas are tongue-in-cheek or by innuendo, but they are there and obvious and real. This is my opinion!

Changing the subject back to the Fenney area, one has to admit that the look there is a 180 from the rest of TV. It is more of a country feel and more refreshing and natural. Those who bought there like the more casual setting and the newness of the area and the people. If it's good enough for them and they love it, that's all that matters.
