Default Priority golf renewal confusion
Can somebody please explain? Golf Management staff couldn't explain.

You may renew your membership by phone, giving credit card info and such. However, due to an injury, my 2018 membership was suspended, so I am entitled to a discount. The staff knew how much the discount would be...but it can't be applied unless I come into the office. Huh? They can charge my credit card over the phone, but can't apply the discount. Why? The staffer didn't know why, and the supervisor was unavailable. I guess they just want to see my pretty face.
