We have NOTHING but a really great TV sales agent too. Does many of the same things you mention. He has various events that he hosts and invites his clients to attend. Unfortunately, we are never there at the right time to go - maybe soon we will be! Great guy, no pressure, and really listens. I hope our next house, if it happens to be a resale, is one that is listed by TV because he has been so wonderful to us. He's a top seller, but you wouldn't know how busy he is by the individual attention he gives.
