If your Cart has the potential of doing 40MPH but you never exceed the speed limit of 19.9 or 20 MPH and your involved in an accident who is to say you were exceeding the legal limit? Exactly who is it that has ever gotten a Speeding Ticket? Not a story of your Hairdressers Cousin. Actually who? Where is the Court Record of the ticket being issued?

If someone is tailgating just let them go by, easy peasy. I would say that one of the most important things is keeping your passenger alert to what's going on so they can properly brace themselves when turning or in an emergency stopping situation. Keeping your tire pressure to proper standards is important to. These cart are not to stable over 20MPH, about as stable as Jello!

There is no way the foolishness is ever going to stop, the key is keeping yourself safe.

At the base of the Historic Side Bridge, they just installed another Camera. It is across from the one installed last year that was closer to the pond. It is definitely a Camera. What's up With That? Guesses?
