My wife and I are seeing this more often than we like. At first it was humorous, but now seeing an 'old fart' with his baseball hat turned around backwards, flying by us (we were doing 21.3 mph) is not funny! It is as if 'the inner youth' has returned, but in a dangerous way. Golf carts have little 'bargaining power' in confrontations with cars and very little in the way of protection for their occupants. What is the hurry? Slow down just a little bit and share the road safely.
