If you go to any major city or even small town, to a restaurant or bar that has a liquor license,
you will find that practically all of them have more than a one-hour happy hour, if they have a happy hour at all.
That's a fact and those who have commented aren't talking about other changes.
They are specifically talking about HAPPY HOUR and they are NOT happy!
