I am sure you are somewhat right. It would add to the bottom line. But it is sure nice having the pool/spa and birdcage already done. The blinds installed when we walked into the new home. And the washer/dryer ready to go. Heck its just money and the county needs some too. Nothing compared to what we are spending on airfare to come down once a month to use the place.
