In most cases, including mine, they are people, you don't know and don't know their qualifications offering OPINIONS.

My, OPINION, and based on MY EXPERIENCE, I would contact the Villages Office. They have always been polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm certain they have something in writing that they can direct you to. I'm not an attorney but from what I think I know real estate is sort of unique-it must be in writing.

Warranties are only as good as the person, company offering the warranty. We had several issues and out builder did not try to baloney out of it. He cheerfully agreed and properly took care of it at no cost and minimal inconvenience to us.
