Whatever you do don't walk in there with a gun that isn't unloaded and in a proper carrying case. Safety is their #1 Job.

At our range they've even gone to running your ammo under a magnet to make sure it's not steel cored. Too many Rambo's going in there with NOTHING but penetrator ammo.
