Are there any Threads on TOTV'S about this situation that occurred with a Veteran? I looked and didn't find one but did find one from Village Tinker from 2016 warning about the common misunderstandings about the paperwork involved in any improvement.
I did speak with my son last night who is presently in points unknown overseas and asked him if another Vet who moved in next to him in the Family Section, Oxford Oaks and violated a rule about an addition to his house what exactly would his next move be. His reply was simple. If the man or woman was a good neighbor they could build a Silo in the back yard. If they were a Nudge it would be game on.
As a Non-Vet, I am inclined to support most Vets in action, not words. I do seem to remember this happening a while back within the last year but would love to read more about it. I wasn't lazy I really looked. Manabouttown I don't think you needed to post any link as we are just talking here and even though links and proof are commanded by some I don't think they are always needed between people who are just discussing a bad situation.
What was the bottom line end of the story here? Did he place the Concrete and have to rip it up? If he lived next to us he could have used our driveway instead of going thru the expense and headaches and frustration he seemed to have experienced.
This situation is a long way from a Beautiful Garage on a Beautiful House In a Majorly Beautiful Neighborhood. Speculating on a Dyno Tuning facility being installed is also a little excessive although if the reason for the entire problem here was personal then I think you just gave the owner of the house a great idea to even the score.
The other post about ripping an entire home down in unbelievable, I believe it but WOW.
I want to reserve my thoughts for now about alleged Payolla and the Soprano comment as I don't know for a fact that Butt Smooching or Favoritism is a fact in getting the proper documents to construct things in the south. I searched for that also and couldn't come up with any Thread. I could carry that further but don't want to be unkind or lose my posting priveledges on TOTV'S as some others have.
