My guess is that they will be like Wildwood, kicking and screaming how they hate The Villages and saying it's not a good fit for their community, until they realize the huge tax windfall they will be receiving and have to do next to nothing for the residents to receive it, like Wildwood is now doing.

If someone would have opened a pizza or sub shop in Coleman 2 years ago they would have had a thriving business. There are signs on homes there stating "No More Villages" so there is at least a little resistance going on.
