We are looking at possibly purchasing a Juniper home. The monthly county taxes that were quoted in the closing cost/mortgage papers seem high compared to what the Villages estimated them to be earlier. We will not be living permanently in the home for about a year, so does this probably reflect the fact that we will not get the Homestead exemption until we move there.

Any Juniper owners willing to share with me your monthly tax amount?
