Mine has never opened except by me.
When we built in Fernandina our next door neighbor could open 10 doors on our block with his Romac. We installed a chamberlain with WiFi and have never had issues. Most-on our block had to have Romac come to reprogram. It happened to us as a new build in Pennacamp also
