The sad part of this are the ones who either make light of it or make jokes. There are some in the villages who are on tight fixed income and a 25% increase in their taxes would have a serious impacts on their quality of life. To mock it or develop a "Who Cares" attitude is dis respectable to those in need and it is in excusable.
