What I did was go on Amazon and I had only a 42" to mount in the guest BR. A mount that required only one stud and could hold up to 55" and can swivel in and out and tilt was only $27 with free shipping. Then I went to Home Depot and bought an in-wall cord and cable kit to hide the wires for about $40, you'll need a drill. So I did it for about $75, but I wasn't in a hurry and took my time and the TV was on the smaller size.
