I called the customer service # and the update is:

It can take 24-72 hours to get the water testing back.

The good news is you can shower and wash clothes.
They just do NOT want you to CONSUME the water.

They recommend washing your hands with boiled or bottled water.

P.S. Throw out your ice cubes.
