They deserve a nod. First responders are the ones who show up first. They're not always the ones that do the rescuing, they're not always the ones that put the fire out, they're not always the ones who catch the bad guy. They are the ones who show up first. ALL rescue workers, from the first to the last, deserve to be honored.
