I have donated at both One Blood and Life South but now just do it at One Blood so I can keep track of the various measurements they record and which you can see the details of as far back as when you started donating.

Each time you donate you'll receive a free wellness checkup which includes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol screening. These wellness checkups have saved the lives of some of those who volunteer to give blood.
They keep a record of all four of the measurements (except for iron count) in your profile which you can see online.

I can look at these four items going back to 2017. I did a lot of donations over that time period.
