I question whether there's much truth in Jackson's allegations, but one thing is for sure--I wouldn't give any credence to anything Jesse Jackson says, even if he were arguing that the sun comes up in the east.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. Unfortunetly if you read the article he EXPECTS that he will be in the inner circle...his son is co chairman of Obama's campaign or was at least during the primary, and I was struck by the references to WE in his statments about Obama.
In my mind, Jessie Jackson RUINED or at least began the ruin of the Democratic party. When he and his organization became the core of the party it was all over. They have just been waiting, IN MY OPINION, for a Sen Obama to appear on the scene ! THEY in my sentence is please not to be construed as racist.....actually that would be impossible as Rev Jackson is one of the most racist persons I know of, but he is a big deal now and expects to be a bigger deal !
