I've got extensive arthritis in my back. Different things work for different people. I got dizzy on the inversion table and CBD didn't do much for me but certainly worth a try.
I've had some success with 2 things, but I'll tell you, it's a daily battle. Yoga is the first, stretch your back out. Fran has a great class on Mondays/Fridays to get into it. Second is an acupressure mat, which "hurts so good" and which works for me.
