TV will be our first stop on our trip to FL followed by Del Webb in Lakewood Ranch (outside of Sarasota) and Valencia Lakes (outside of Tampa.) Unlike TV, those communities do not allow access to their Message Boards to non-residents so we'll be visiting those communities "cold" : ) Any advice from those of you who have gone through the process of eliminating different communities before you made the decision? How did you know that TV was the right one for you and did anyone visit the two other communities we'll be visiting? Thanks again for all the terrific help you've provided.
