We drove to the crazy place Was about 45 minutes from our house. It was packed. Had to leave the car by the side of the road, walked in the mud and then it took about 2 hours to leave as the road was blocked, When we moved away the the real Woodstock Village still had young and old hippie's coming up from NY City by bus on weekends, they sat in a small triangle square in the center and the "Flea Markets" sold any kind of Drug equipment you would want. I am good friends with the Golf Pro at the Woodstock CC golf course and have a BB Cap which says "
Golf in Peace..Woodstock" He designed it and it is the only place you can buy it.
