I agree with Russ and TH I'm much more concerned with The Villages becoming a Vacation Destination vice The Retirement Community I bought into. It is very important to me to have a home in a neighborhood within a real community.

I hope the new Rentals are just for prospective buyers and not Vacation Rentals. This would definitely change The Villages and I feel not for the better.
