Village hands-on tech club kickoff
VILLAGE HANDS-ON TECH CLUB KICKOFF
If you are a technical hobbyist, retired engineer, or technician and like tinkering and making things or want to learn how, this is the club for you! The Villages Computer Hands-On Tech (H.O.T) club will have their kickoff meeting at Rohan Rec Center on September 12, at 6:30pm. An overview of upcoming project and educational opportunities for the 2019-20 season will be discussed at the kickoff.
The H.O.T. club builds fun and useful personal gadgets primarily using small computers (Raspberry Pi and smaller) and 3D printers. No previous experience is necessary but members are expected to participate by learning from building & tinkering with electronics, computers, and mechanical gadgets.
