We might be down to some minor...or possibly not so minor...misunderstandings here, but I do have one of the plans listed in your link and it is accepted by TV Health Care Centers. I have access to some fitness centers for free, but not MVP.
Plus, I'm not sure what you mean by "no premiums" and "free health care"?
