You can specifiy if you want a senior or young or medical needs, etc. We just need good people with a loving heart who can let a little dog crash at their place until we can find a loving permanent home for them. You are not obligated to continue fostering, but we hope you would fall in love with fostering and want to continue. Can any of you help us out or have a friend or neighbor who might be interested?
Anyone interested can go the rescue's website that tells about fostering. It is just like taking care of your own dog: feeding, watering, providing shelter, taking to vet appointmenst if necessary. The rescue pays the vet bills. Go to: Become A Foster Parent – LowRider Dachshund Rescue Of Florida to read more about fostering for the rescue and you will find a link to the fostering application there.
We really need the help! The little unwanted dogs really need your help! Thank you.

We have a cat that doesn't play well with others - but it's great to know that you folks are around! Once Lola goes to the great cat condo in the sky (not for a few more years, we're assuming - her exact age is unknown) we'll look you up!
