My best friend in Jorsey is going through big health problems, too much to list and his outlook and attitude is positive 98% of the time. He said he wants to still be a good influence in other peoples lives. His Faith and Spirituality are unshakeable in the face of adversity.
He mentioned I'm the only one who doesn't get down to specifics on his condition. I just talk to him as usual, dopey, sophomoric, dopey stuff and we laugh our junk off.
When I spoke to him last he mentioned at the end of the conversation that they may have to remove several toes because he has been out dancing at night with some acquaintance at a club that plays Grateful Dead Music. He has Diabetes on top of everything else and was supposed to be sitting home with his feet elevated. I don't judge or blame him at all.
He said he wanted to make a deal with me. Whoever passes first, once that person gets settled wherever they end up will tickle the foot of the one who was left behind during their sleep. I didn't tell him I probably won't be able to feel it if he goes first. I just rolled with da flow! You never know rite?
Just thinking about this guy makes me
