Satellite photos from about a year ago show a lot of "moving dirt", roads and infrastructure prep work in progress north of the Turnpike in that area so I suspect (hope) it will happen sooner than later.

Fyi - I discovered these photo's via the Sumpter County web site so suspect they were funded by the county. They cover most of the Southern Oaks area east of Fenny to north of the Turnpike.
