I think that ship has sailed. There are no young kids in TV if you haven't noticed. Those who are able-bodied and want to earn money work for one of the many landscaping companies already operating.
I'll give you an example of what your asking. In 2011 when my CYV was new, I hired Terrascape to remove all the pine straw in the front and back yards and lay down weed block and cover with rocks, price was $2500. Took two guys all day to do the job. They also added landcape coping along the shrub beds in the backyard to help retain the rocks since there was none already.
