I'm assuming many folks who live in such a home have a car and a golf cart. How do you handle your vehicles? The cart out all of the time? Seems a bit risky even in TV. Car out all the time? Not very good for the paint job. Swap car/cart so car is only out overnight and cart is out only during the day?
Or am I missing something?
Thanks for any input.

You aren't missing anything. I own a Courtyard Villa and have an Attached Golf Cart Garage perfect.
Here is the kicker ya need an " End " unit vs a Corner Lot
Some corner lots support a Golf Cart Garage..." Some ".
The rules have changed a lot check out various Villa Communities. One huge plus...Take out the grass, quiet, security, pet-friendly, as opposed to the obvious.
Courtyard Villas aren't for everyone but the improvements that we made for us ours is perfect.
Check Out the St Charles area Ideal location.
Hope this helps. We had none
