I seem to remember something about a person being given permission (because of a medical need to not be without power) to having a generator installed but because they didn't meet all the requirements they were told they would have to remove it if they moved. Completely understandable when you understand they were given the permission for medical reasons..... not the people that may own the property in the future. IMHO a GREAT way for the ARC to have handled it.

I understand this completely...... not sure I understand the OP questioning it.
