You do know NORTH OF 466 you have 5 Districts I believe - VCDD and 1-4 |
I live in district 4. I’m sure it same in 1 through 4? If it’s outside wall districts responsible. Only if you live inside on corner lot you are responsible for both inside and outside wall. Wall around and facing streets outside of the villa is district responsible.
