I had to have my 2012 ParCar batteries replaced by them, and I am unhappy with their service so far. I was very clear that I would be away from home And could not take delivery until a certain time, yet two separate drivers tried to deliver while I was away. One wanted to leave the cart in the driveway with the keys in it and when I said no he was quite rude. I’m told they will honor the Columbia ParCar service agreements. We’ll see...
