Thank you! May my rivers be dammed! I knew I heard/saw it somewhere. So it was done half-fast not all at once.
I Googled the heck out of it but came up with nothing other than the black-site article. I guess it will eventually be finished. If this first part of the job was $2mill this will probably be 5x that. Hopefully this was "guesstimated" as part of this years tax hike.
