Sometime in late 2020 I make a SWAG that golf cart traffic from Southern Oaks to Brownwood will be going strong. I don’t live south of Rt. 44 (just a village or two north) but it will be fun the first time we can take that first golf cart ride over Rt. 44 and the Turnpike to Southern Oaks. For those living in Southern Oaks, I suspect that Magnolia Plaza and some grocery shopping in Southern Oaks is just as anticipated as the golf cart connection to Brownwood. It will be fun to watch.
