One good thing is that it has a lower bond than a premier which would have a much larger lot but I doubt that a buyer will be concerned about the bond.

As I said, I looked at the house. It may be possible to fit a golf cart in front of a small car, but it would be a tight fit. And, obviously, you would have to move the car out of the way to get the cart out. Not a good situation, especially for million dollar house.
