I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that the people who are building the area that will have modular homes will offer to have Village amenities? They CAN'T because it will not be part of The Villages.
Do you mean that the Morse family or organization is trying to pull one over on us?
Do you think areas that have modular homes on them are all cut from the same cloth?
Do you think all apartments in New York are the same?
Do you think all real estate owned by a prominent member of the U.S. Government was gained by illicit means?
