Nope not Franks & Beans -- nothing less than one of my favorite Sicilian recipes: Pasta con Cavolfiore, pignoli, aglio y uva passa covered with formaggio Locatelli.
What a joy to see a thunderous rapid boil and then when the spaghetti was put in the pot, the water recovered to a 2nd vigorous boil. How we missed that 2nd boil.
After 3.5 years trying to get used to an electric stove, I feel like we are finally whole again. There is nothing like cooking with gas, imo.
