Only if the crack suppression material has been installed, if the tile was set directly on the concrete, you will get a crack. My step son has set tile for over 20 years, will not install tile directly on concrete, even if that is what the customer wants.
On a side note, the crack suppression can be as expensive as the tile. Prices vary, but the product that appears to be used in TV recently cost me $125 for 150 square feet, similar product at Lowes and Home depot, was over $400 for the same amount.
