NOTHING but got my shot two days ago and felt a lot less punky and sickly than the last several years. I am always affected by the flu shot but only a little bit this year. In two weeks gotta go back for the ammonia (P) shot. Can't wait.
The Professionals at Santa Barbara Health take Blood and Give Shots and you hardly know they are doing it. In the North, you were made to feel like a Dart Board.
