We've had a few estimates for building a pool in our new house. All estimates included lawn restoration plus irrigation removal and relocation in the finished areas. The only company that would not delete that cost in their estimate was T&D here in TV. I imagine they don't delete it for this very reason. They are concerned with getting the job done right with the one stop shop approach. FYI, we decided not to have a pool built. I did think that the additional $4,000 was a bit excessive but it does eliminate any issues afterwards. Good luck.
