We have CBS and use regular termite services. Our home is insulated perfectly as it is always comfortable in all seasons.
For selecting a home, I agree that the location is primary and then whether you need a full fence of not. We wanted a fence, thus CBS CYV. Couldn't be happier. We love the floor plan, a Woodlawn.
