By the way, "Puff The Magic Dragon" was not about pot. It always annoys me when I hear people say that.

I hope you are coming to the Pops Chorus Folksingers "Give a Hoot 6" Hootenanny tonight at North Lake Presbyterian. This is our sixth concert and we regularly have 700+ in attendance. Here's the info (also on the TOTV calendar), Tickets available at the Box Office and will also be available at the door.
The Pops Chorus Folksingers are back for another fun-filled Hootenanny to benefit Tutors for Kids Inc. and All One Family Inc. The Pops Chorus Folksingers, Pops Chorus members who have performed folk songs at many of the Pops Chorus concerts, perform the great folk songs made famous by Peter Paul and Mary, The Kingston Trio, New Christy Minstrels, The Brothers Four, John Denver, and many other musicians of the times. Audiences find themselves singing along, clapping to the rousing upbeat music, and reflecting on the beautiful ballads of this special musical era. “Give a Hoot 6” includes a number of classic folk songs not performed in past “Hoots”, including “Rocky Mountain High”, “Freight Train”, and “The Sounds of Silence”, as well as audience favorites “Puff the Magic Dragon”, “Where Have All the Flowers Gone”, and “Today”. And of course, a lot of surprises and fun! Joining the group will be professional folk singers Playnfoke. The show will take place on Tuesday October 22 at 6 PM at North Lake Presbyterian Church. All tickets are $15 general admission. Tickets are on sale at all Villages Box Office locations and will be available at the door if not sold out.
