As you may know, there are several types of breast cancer. It's important that you obtain and study the results of your own imaging and pathology reports. In case you don't have it, "Dr. Susan Love's Breast Book" is an excellent resource. It is a big encyclopedia, but well written, compassionate, and understandable. I was diagnosed this year with a cancer found by Senobrite mammography. After thinking about the stress of traveling outside the area, I settled on Dr. Boris Mascarenhas with Waterman Hospital in Tavares.
