What is your story on how you found your special home?
I'll go first, we were the third in line offer. First was accepted and backed out after a few weeks. The agent did not reach out to the other offerors. We located it again on the web and purchased it for less than our first offer.
Bottom line: sloppy agent = buyer's opportunities
