6 years ago I decided to buy. Made a cash offer on a property thru TVs. 3 days later still no reply.
Went for a cart ride and saw a seller putting a FSBO sign. Loved it and wrote a contract on a paper bag!
Point is I was lucky to have a bad agent or I would of owned something I could never like as much as what I bought. Agent did call back the next day. He was so sad.
