We came down to look at re-sales that had 4 bedrooms and were on water. TV had only a few available and the MLS had only one. They all needed too much work and we felt the asking prices were too high. The next day our agent drove us to Fenney, it only took about 30 minutes for us to find the almost perfect home, it had almost everything we wanted and more, the only thing we gave up was a east facing lanai, ours is northwest which ended up being okay as we don't usually go out there in the afternoons. There were less than 30 homes sold down here when we bought ours and the deals they were giving were unbelievable. Not only did we get a great home on a great lot in a great community with great neighbors, we got a really great price compared to the re-sales that we looked at. No regrets.
