Just don't try and pay for it using points! It won't accept it, won't let you change it and you'll get locked out after 3 tries! If you do get locked out, you can send an email to
veteransday@amazon.com with the following information:
First/Last Name
Date of Birth
Current status (active duty, veteran, retiree or reserve)
If veteran/retiree, discharge month and year
If active duty, your .mil email address
and done!
